Order Processing Times

• In-Stock Products: Processed within 1–3 business days
• Special Order Products: Processed within 7–8 business days

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Method

Pickup Point Delivery (PAXI / Courier Network)

All pickup point orders are delivered to a secure pickup point near the customer.

Pickup points are automatically selected based on the customer’s delivery address to ensure the closest and most convenient collection location.

Once your parcel arrives at the pickup point, you will receive an SMS notification with collection details.

To collect your order, you will need your ID or tracking reference.

• Delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch
  
• Collection from a nearby Pick n Pay or Boxer pickup point
